Trimona - The most real and authentic plain yogurt on the American market ~$6.49 at Wholefoods

 

 

This is by far the best plain yogurt on the American market, it has the true flavor and ingredients of a real yogurt. Most yogurts on the market contain cream (extra fat) and pectin or starch (carbs) to artificially make it more thick since it is hard to achieve the desired thickness if you do not have good conditions to make the yogurt, or if you do not know how to make it. Because of these ingredients most products on the market are not authentic plain yogurt.

The real plain yogurt is supposed to restore your good bacteria and cleanse your gut. When filled with carbs and fat, it only makes you fatter and bloated. You cannot lose weight with fatty and caloric food.

 The authentic recipe of the yogurt contains only milk and culture (half cup of yogurt), and if you want to taste the real thing it is the Trimona brand, I buy it from Wholefoods, hopefully it will become more popular soon.

As a Bulgarian who has eaten yogurt all my life and knows well the authentic flavor of real yogurt, I approve this product. It tastes real, there is no pectin or anything other than milk and culture inside of it.

The bucket I bought tasted like they burned the milk during the boiling process, which can happen but it was not too noticeable. I would buy it again even of they burn the milk again.

This is a good, real yogurt.

365 WHOLE FOODS MARKET - ORGANIC REDUCED FAT MILK - I do not like it. It has a strange taste.

 

This week I bought the above mentioned milk because I was looking for an affordable organic option.

 I find that it has a strange taste. It does not resemble "organic" milk at all. The regular non-organic milk tastes much better. 

This one tastes like a palm oil or something fake. I drank it plain, with coffee and with hot cocoa, you could detect the taste regardless if you drink it plain or with other flavours, but you can really smell the weird flavour when you add coffee. 

This is the first time I am dumping milk because of a taste.
